Donna Urban Events plans events nationwide with particular focus on southern California & the greater Salt Lake City, Utah areas.

  • Early arrival for set up.
  • Receive remaining deliveries and vendors and direct all.
  • Provide all day-of vendors with hard copies of timelines and tasks.
  • Make sure that everything starts on schedule
  • Supervise all set up of ceremony site and reception, including rentals and decor.
  • Direct ushers.
  • Assist in guiding wedding party throughout the event.
  • Assist in guiding guests throughout the event.
  • Cue ceremony: music, honored seating, and processional of wedding party.
  • Direct bridal party after recessional.
  • Assist family members with any directives/needs.
  • Cue cocktails and reception, making sure that all vendors are in place.
  • Communicate with photographer/videographer on timing for Grand Entrance.
  • Assist MC throughout the reception with information & any timing change of events. (Grand Entrance, 1st dance, father daughter/mother son dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, exit, etc.)
  • Assist caterer and staff with needed information.
  • Overall troubleshooting/schedule, timeline maintenance.
  • Cue exit vehicle and cue persons responsible for bride & groom’s belongings.
  • Assist in shut down of the event..I stay until the last guest leaves.
